With both Jaguar and Land Rover brands in Australia experiencing record levels of growth, Jaguar Land Rover Australia is expanding its management team. Matthew Wiesner, Managing Director Jaguar Land Rover Australia is pleased to make the following management announcements effective July 1, 2017:

Scott Maynard - Customer Service Director: Scott joins us from Audi Australia, where he has extensive experience as part of their senior executive team, most recently as General Manager of Sales.
With a long history of senior roles which include, aftersales, retail and wholesale , Scott brings with him a strong insight into the strategic and commercial opportunities of Customer Service, as well as having a strong focus on the successful retention of customers.

Michael Cameron – Head of Network Development and Training: Michael's experience at Jaguar Land Rover extends over the last 10 years, initially managing National Sales for both Jaguar and Land Rover, and more recently steering the Jaguar Land Rover Financial Services business.

Michael's deep understanding of the JLR business puts him in an ideal position to lead the constantly transforming Network and Training portfolios.

Brad Chruszcz – Financial Services & Business Operations Manager: Brad's experience in both Volume Planning and most recently as National Sales Manager, will add great strength to this critical position within the JLR business.

Working closely with JLRs current Financial Services 'Partner', Brad will lead and navigate work around the pending legislation changes in the financial services space. His role will also encompass leading the work we are doing in our online digital customer journey, as well as managing JLR's OUV and Dealer Auctions.

Brett Lewis Driver - National Sales Manager: Brett has spent the last 12 years responsible for Land Rover's Product strategy, and in recent years heading up the JLRA Groups product department. Brett has orchestrated many of the successful all new vehicle launches for JLR, including new product training.

Prior to his Product roles, Brett has worked with the Retailer Network on the Customer Service side of the business and spent a significant amount of time within the JLRA distribution department working with suppliers and the dealer network.

Andrew Chapman - Group Product & Planning Manager: Andrew Chapman will step into the role of Group Product and Planning Manager. Andrew's last 15 years at JLR have included sales and product roles and, more recently, dual brand Product Manager role.

Andrew brings a wealth of in-depth product knowledge to the position as well as having played an anchor role in many new product launches, most recently the F-PACE launch.

Andrew's understanding of the market, competitor product positioning and the need to be responsive to the market's commercial realities, will ensure that we continue to shape and influence the product offer and strategy appropriately for this market, for the long term.
