- New course structure gives participants greater flexibility
- Audi S and RS vehicles across all Audi driving experience courses
- Exciting new drive experiences added to the celebrated program
Phillip Island, March 25, 2019 – Audi Australia has launched a refreshed Audi driving experience (ADE) program for 2019. Access is now easier to the celebrated S and RS models offered in each course and the revised course structure is designed to give participants greater choice and flexibility. The addition of exciting new lifestyle driving experiences offer customers even greater scope to connect with the brand.
Long considered the benchmark in high-performance driver training in Australia, the ADE offers a range of driver programs held at leading motorsport facilities right around the country, designed to not only help participants sharpen their driving skills, but to enhance their overall driving enjoyment.
In 2019, the overall course structure has been simplified and the need for mandatory prerequisite courses removed. Audi Sport models are used at all levels, with the Audi Dynamic driving experience using vehicles from the S and RS model ranges, while the Audi Sport Pro driving experience ups the ante even further, with participants spending their time behind the wheel of the awe-inspiring Audi R8.
The ADE program has been strengthened in the last 12 months, with new courses like the Audi Women's driving experience that caters for females who prefer to attend with like-minded women to experience the thrilling courses, while honing their driving skills at the same time. The program itself is based on the Dynamic course.
For the first time, the ADE offers an exclusive Audi R8 Spyder European Tour to its programs. This dream drive gives customers the opportunity to take part in a curated drive over four days, taking in some of Europe's best driving roads through Germany, Austria and Italy, in the incredible Audi R8 Spyder. This program also includes expert tuition at the Audi Sport driver facility at Neuburg ahead of the four days of touring.
The ADE continues to offer its tremendously popular Audi Ice driving experience, which sees participants learn the finer points of car control on snow and ice at Audi's Ice driving academy in Austria – another dream driving experience for motoring enthusiasts, and one simply not available in Australia.
No matter which course customers choose, the same level of professionalism and attention to detail is assured. Regardless of previous experience, each ADE course allows participants to hone their skills and work towards their individual goals, whether that be to become faster, safer drivers, develop skills with a view perhaps pursuing motorsport aspirations or simply to derive more enjoyment from their day-to-day driving and make full use of what their Audi can do.
It is also the perfect environment in which to experience just what the award-winning range of Audi vehicles are capable of and allow participants to enjoy them in a safe and controlled environment under the tutelage of Audi's team of expert driving instructors.
Led by Chief Instructor of the Audi driving experience in Australia, Steve Pizzati, the team of instructors are all professional racing drivers who have competed at the highest levels of motorsport, both in Australia and around the world. Their impressive list of career achievements across numerous motorsport disciplines – national, state and international competition – is matched only by their ability to impart their knowledge and work with ADE participants at all levels.
The ratio of instructors to participants remains high, to ensure maximum drive time and to allow each participant to benefit from the expert tuition. Most importantly, the emphasis with each of the Audi diving experience courses remains on delivering a memorable, enjoyable and valuable experience to every participant.
