14 September 2012: Stylish, nimble and incredibly practical, meet Honda's latest scooter arrival; the PCX150 which will be on display at the upcoming Sydney Scooter Expo, at HART St Ives, on September 22-23, 2012.

Building on the popularity of the PCX125, the PCX150 incorporates innovative technologies, unrivalled practicality and economy, big scooter styling and more making it a joy to ride every day.

Available in Honda Dealerships nationally in the coming months, the new PCX150 will be on display for all to see at the Sydney Scooter Expo along with other scooters in the Honda range.

Boasting a more powerful version of Honda's new eSP (enhanced Smart Power) engine, which employs a host of low-friction technologies to improve efficiency while also offering enhanced durability and quiet operation.

Like the PCX125, the PCX150 boasts the Idle Stop Switch which is operated via a switch on the right handlebar. When enabled, the engine automatically stops running after three seconds at idle, and re-starts instantly when the throttle grip is twisted. This feature further maximises fuel efficiency.

A V-Matic wide-ratio continuously variable transmission employs a quiet, durable drive belt manufactured from a newly developed high-elasticity rubber. It's highly efficient in delivering drive to the back wheel and thereby optimising fuel economy.

The strong tubular steel underbone frame allows a low 760mm seat height while the 1,315mm wheelbase and relaxed steering geometry combine to create a very reassuring and stable ride.

Practicality is optimised thanks to the lockable storage compartment under the seat which holds a full-face helmet and the glove box up front provides another useful and easily accessible storage area.

Visit the Honda stand at the Sydney Scooter Expo to see this brand new model for yourself. Due for release to Honda Dealers nationally in the next few months, the PCX150 will be available in Candy Rosy Red, Asteroid Black Metallic and Pearl Himalaya White colours.
