Team Penrite-Pirelli CRF Honda Racing are well prepared for the big Wonthaggi double round of the MX Nationals this coming weekend, 19-20 May 2018.

Both riders, Jackson Richardson and Kyle Webster, left the last round at Appin satisfied but hungry for a better result.

The team are hoping the Wonthaggi double round is where it will all come together and result in podium finishes.

"I know I have the speed to do better than I have done in the first two rounds of the Championship. I've spent the last 2 weeks working extra hard to fine tune a few things so we will see what happens at Wonthaggi," Webster said.

Richardson has approached the Championship with a steady style, as he eases his way into a solid routine with the new team and gets familiar with the new Honda CRF250R. He knows he has much more to give and is keen to show this on the weekend.

"I am getting closer to the set up and feel I need to give my best. We are all working hard to keep stepping up and with 16 motos to go in this Championship I am confident we can get that Penrite-Pirelli Honda in there," said Richardson.

This weekend will be a good test for the riders and teams' ability to be race ready two days in a row, with both rounds falling back to back over the Saturday and Sunday.  The team have made all efforts to ensure that they line up fresh both days to give it their all.
