Jaguar Land Rover has partnered with British band Gorillaz to recruit the next generation of world-class electronics and software engineers through the virtual band’s alternate reality app. Jaguar Land Rover needs to recruitment 5,000 Bright Sparks this year, and this recruitment drive aims to source talent to fill Graphics Performance, Cyber Systems, Software Development and App Development positions. Applications are open to all ages, offering a range of roles at apprentice level (16-18), graduate level (18-22) and direct employment (22+).
